SAN ANTONIO, TX – School District Employee Arrested on Molestation Charges

Robert Hernandez, 34, an employee of Northside Independent School District, was arrested Monday on a charge of continuous sexual assault of a child. According to the indictment, Hernandez is accused of molesting a girl who was younger than 14 years old beginning in December 2008 and lasting through December 2012. Read more here:

DAVIS COUNTY, UT – Charges Filed Against Teacher Who Allegedly Had Sex with Two Students

Brianne Altice, 35, faces four felony rape counts and two forcible sodomy counts in two cases involving illegal sexual contact with minors, multiple news outlets reported. She was initially arrested in October 2013 after one of her former students contacted Utah police and told them that he had a sexual relationship with the English teacher beginning when he was 15 years old. He was able to describe tattoos on the teacher’s body, and told police that they had sex multiple times, including once in a public park. Read more here:

Mike Jackson Hit With New Sexual Abuse Allegations Five Years After Death

Lawyers for 36-year-old James Safechuck, 36, filed court papers Monday against the estate of Mike Jackson, asking that he be allowed to file a late claim. Safecheck alleges that he was molested nearly 100 times over the course of four years when he was 10 years old until he hit puberty. A hearing on Safechuck’s petition is scheduled for September 4th.
