Georgia City Councilman and Teacher Accused of Child Molestation

COOK COUNTY, GEORGIA — Destinn Chandler Hill, a teacher at Cook County Primary SChool and a Councilman for the city of Adel, was arrested last week on suspicion of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a female high school student, WFXL reported.
