MONTGOMERY COUNTY, IN – Zachary Simpson, 27, a teacher at Cascade High School, was arrested over the weekend on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor under the age of 18. According to police, he provided alcohol to three underage girls. A mother of one of the three girls called police after her daughter and her two friends came home intoxicated early Sunday morning. The three girls admitted they had drank rum and vodka at Simpson’s house, before one of the girls became sick and started vomiting. The girl’s mother stated she knew Simpson well and did not want to get him in trouble. She also stated that he did not make sexual advances towards any of the girls. Simpson told police he met one of the girls while teaching algebra last year at North Montgomery High School.
