Regional Report: San Diego County School Negligent Supervision & Sexual Abuse Allegations

<< Back to Sex Abuse Legal Info

Child sexual abuse in public schools is widespread. All too often, it goes unreported and teachers, coaches, counselors and school employees get away with unthinkable crimes. Some experts predict that only about 10% of victims of sexual abuse actually report it to someone who can do something.  In some cases, abuse is “swept under the rug” and teachers are transferred to other districts, only to have the opportunity to prey on children again and again. This is called “passing the trash.”

Estey Bomberger is currently accepting public school sexual abuse cases in San Diego County and throughout California. If your child or grandchild has bas been the subject of sexual abuse, contact us immediately to discuss your potential case.

Thousands of educators have lost their teaching licenses and faced criminal charges for sexual misconduct, ranging from lewd acts, filming and distributing child pornography.
